The present invention relates to a method of producing a continuous moulding (11) making use of an extrusion solution containing preferably water, cellulose and a tertiary amine ox- ide. The extrusion solution is extruded through an extrusion-channel opening (10) so as to form a continuous moulding. The continuous moulding is conducted through an air gap (12) in which it is drawn. In order to increase the non-looping property and in order to reduce the fibrillation tendency, the present invention is so conceived that the mean acceleration andlor the mean heat flow density are controlled in accordance with predetermined formulae.
L'invention concerne un procédé permettant de produire un corps moulé continu (11) à partir d'une solution d'extrusion contenant de préférence de l'eau, de la cellulose et un aminoxyde tertiaire. La solution d'extrusion est extrudée par l'ouverture d'un canal d'extrusion (10) pour former un corps moulé continu. Le corps moulé continu est guidé à travers une fente d'aération (12) dans laquelle il est étiré. Afin de renforcer la résistance à la formation de boucles et de réduire la tendance à la fibrillation, il est prévu selon l'invention, de réguler l'accélération moyenne et/ou la densité du flux de chaleur selon des formules prédéterminées.
