Electrochemical cell on the basis of electrode-supported thin electrolyte comprising an anodic support (1) consisting of a nickel/zirconia material and an electrolyte layer (3) disposed comprising zirconia thereon and a cathode layer (6) which is in turn disposed thereon. To improve the quality of the cell and to increase the output it is proposed to arrange an auxiliary or intermediate layer (2) between the electrolyte layer and the anodic support. This auxiliary layer consists of nickel and zirconia particles which are substantially smaller than the particles of the support. Then an electrolyte layer (10) and, on the other side of the anodic support, a current collector layer are applied. None of these layers are sintered. Only after an assembly obtained in this manner has been obtained is a sintering treatment carried out.
L'invention concerne une cellule électrochimique à électrolyte mince porté par une électrode, comprenant un support (1) anodique constitué de matériau de nickel/zirconium, une couche d'électrolyte (3) sur laquelle du zirconium est déposé, et une couche de cathode (6) qui a son tour est déposée sur ladite couche d'électrolyte. Pour améliorer la qualité de la pile et pour augmenter sa sortie, on propose d'agencer une couche intermédiaire (2) ou auxiliaire entre la couche d'électrolyte et le support anodique. La couche auxiliaire comprend des particules de nickel et de zirconium qui sont sensiblement plus petites que les particules du support. Puis une couche d'électrolyte (10), et une couche de collecteur courant déposée sur l'autre côté du support anodique sont appliquées. Aucune de ces couches n'est frittée. Le traitement de frittage est effectué uniquement une fois qu'on a obtenu un ensemble selon ce procédé.
