Methods of fabricating wall panels by generally continuously pultruding a wall panel profile comprising inner and outer layers, and spaced reinforcing webs and/or foam extending between the inner and outer layers, optionally studs extending inwardly from the inner layer, away from the outer layer. The so-continuously pultruded wall panel optionally has male and a female edges. The wall panel is periodically cut for wall panel height, thereby creating an ongoing stream of cut wall panels. The panels are advanced through a corner index station, and indexed at right angles while maintaining orientation of the panels. The wall panels leave the indexing station edge-to-edge. Resin is applied to facing edges of adjacent wall panels. Adjacent wall panels are joined to each other at the facing edges, to make a generally continuous wall panel. The so joined wall panel is cut to desired lengths. The resulting wall panel can provide tough, water-proof, otherwise weather-proof, building systems and buildings, without structural use of concrete except in floor slabs.
La présente invention concerne des procédés de fabrication de panneaux muraux réalisés d'une façon générale par pultrusion en continu d'un profilé de panneau mural comprenant des couches intérieure et extérieure, et des âmes de renfort espacées entre elles et/ou de la mousse prise en sandwich entre les couches intérieure et extérieure, éventuellement des goujons orientés vers l'intérieur à partir de la couche intérieure, en s'éloignant de la couche extérieure. Le panneau mural ainsi réalisé par pultrusion en continu comporte un chant mâle et un chant femelle. La hauteur des panneaux est déterminée par un processus cyclique de coupe du panneau sortant de la pultrusion en continu. Les panneaux passent par un poste de redressement à angle droit où ils sont mis debout sans retournement recto-verso. Les panneaux muraux quittent bord contre bord le poste de redressement. De la résine est alors appliquée sur les bords voisins se faisant face. Les panneaux muraux consécutifs sont assemblés les uns aux autres par les bords voisins se faisant face, de façon à faire un panneau mural généralement continu. Le panneau mural ainsi assemblé est coupé aux longueurs désirées. Le panneau mural résultant permet la réalisation de constructions et de systèmes de construction rigides, étanches à l'eau, et qui résistent aux intempéries, sans utilisation structurelle de béton, sauf dans les dalles de plancher.
