It is intended to feed a composite molten resin capable of easily producing a wide variety of multilayer preforms. In a main body of nozzle, at its extreme outside, a main-layer forming molten resin with circular flow channel circulates. Inside the extreme-outside circular flow channel, there is provided an outside vent where an outside flow channel of sublayer forming molten resin converges. Inside an outside confluence channel, there is disposed an inside vent where a circularly flowing shell-layer forming molten resin and a core-layer forming molten resin flowing inside the shell layer join together. The outside vent and the inside vent in this order are disposed from the downstream side toward the upstream side in the direction of flow of molten resin. Further, there are disposed an axial switch valve for opening and closing of the inside vent and a gear pump for intermittent discharge of sublayer forming molten resin.
La présente invention consiste à amener une résine fondue composite capable de produire facilement une grande variété de préformes à couches multiples. Dans le corps principal d'une buse, sur son bord externe, une résine fondue formant une couche principale pourvue d'un canal d'écoulement circulaire circule. A l'intérieur du canal d'écoulement circulaire du bord externe, un évent externe est disposé à l'endroit où converge un canal d'écoulement externe d'une résine fondue formant une sous-couche. On dispose à l'intérieur d'un canal de confluence externe un évent interne dans lequel une résine fondue formant une couche protectrice s'écoulant de manière circulaire et une résine fondue formant une couche centrale s'écoulant à l'intérieur de la couche protectrice se rejoignent. L'évent externe et l'évent interne sont disposés dans cet ordre, d'aval en amont, dans la direction d'écoulement de la résine fondue. On dispose également une vanne de commutation axiale destinée à ouvrir et fermer l'évent interne et une pompe à engrenages destinée à l'évacuation intermittente d'une résine fondue formant une sous-couche.
