-36- NOVEL METHOD OF FORMING A SUSPENSION AND COMPOSITION FORMED BY SAID METHOD ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE: A method by which lipid-soluble materials that are insoluble or slightly soluble in water but which are soluble in organic solvents or materials that are slightly soluble in both water and organic solvents but the partition coeffi- cients of which are much more favorable to organic solvents than water are suspended using fatty globule membranes in mammalian milk as suspending agents. In place of fatty globule membranes in mammalian milk, dairy products such as buttermilk and cream which contain milk fatty globule membranes may be used as suspending agents.
