In a method for boring injection holes of an injector 1 having a plurality of intersections between an axis line of the injector I and the axes of the injection holes l0a bored in the injector 1, or so-called a group of injection holes 10, flat sections 10c, 10d, which are perpendicular to the injection holes 10a and include apertures of the injection holes 10a, are formed on boring portions of injection holes 10a. The boring portions are provided with recessed portions 10b and the recessed portions 10b are formed at the bottom thereof with flat sections 10c. Alternatively, the flat sections 10c, 10d are formed by cutting the boring portions, or by forging them.
Le problème à résoudre dans le cadre de cette invention consiste en un procédé permettant de former un trou d'injection pour un injecteur ayant des trous d'injection groupés, dans lequel les trous d'injection sont traités de façon très précise afin de réduire un changement dans les propriétés des gaz d'échappement. La solution proposée consiste en un procédé permettant de former un trou d'injection pour l'injecteur (1) qui possède, ce que l'on nomme, des trous d'injection groupés (10), dans lesquels l'axe de l'injecteur (1) et les axes des trous d'injection (10a), formés dans l'injecteur (1), se croisent mutuellement au niveau de multiples points. Une surface plate (10c, 10d) croisant chaque trou d'injection (10a) et incluant une ouverture du trou d'injection (10a) est formée au niveau d'une partie où le trou d'injection (10a) est formé. En outre, un évidement (10b) est formé dans la partie où chaque trou d'injection (10a) est formé. La surface plate (10c) est formée au niveau du bas de l'évidement (10b), ou alternativement, la surface plate (10c, 10d) est formée en coupant la partie où chaque trou d'injection (10a) est formé, ou encore comme autre alternative, la surface plate (10c, 10d) est formée par forgeage de la partie où chaque trou d'injection (10a) est formé.
