Methods are described for producing non-immunogenic nanoparticles from protein sources by controlling the pH in a nanoprecipitation process. The nanoparticles that are produced by the disclosed methods range in diameter size from about 100 ran to about 400 nm, with a preferred diameter size of from approximately 100 nm to approximately 300 nm, thereby rendering them non- immunogenic. The invention further discloses methods for producing nanoconjugates that are suitable for a variety of therapeutic, diagnostic and other uses.
L'invention porte sur des procédés pour la fabrication de nanoparticules non immunogènes à partir de sources protéiques par régulation du pH dans un procédé de nano-précipitation. Les nanoparticules qui sont obtenues par les procédés de l'invention vont, en termes de dimension du diamètre, d'environ 100 nm à environ 400 nm, avec une dimension de diamètre préférée denviron 100 nm à environ 300 nm, ce qui permet ainsi de les rendre non immunogènes. L'invention porte en outre sur des procédés pour la fabrication de nano-conjugués qui sont appropriés pour diverses utilisations thérapeutiques, diagnostiques et autres.
