Disclosed is a method of generating microbubbles in oleaginous liquids which comprises adding a silicone oil to the oleaginous liquid and thereafter subjecting the liquid to mechanical forces in the presence of gas. Also disclosed are oil base well drilling and servicing fluids having a low shear rate viscosity as measured with a Brookfield Viscometer at 0.5 rpm of at least 10,000 centipoise and having incorporated therein microbubbles generated by the disclosed method, and a method of drilling a well wherein there is circulated within the wellbore during drilling the oil base, microbubble-containing fluid disclosed.
L'invention concerne un procédé de production de microbulles dans des liquides oléagineux, qui comporte les étapes consistant à ajouter une huile de silicone au liquide oléagineux ; et à soumettre ensuite le liquide à des forces mécaniques en présence d'un gaz. L'invention concerne aussi des fluides huileux de forage et d'entretien de puits qui possèdent une faible viscosité de cisaillement, mesurée au moyen d'un viscosimètre Brookfield à 0,5 rpm, d'au moins 10000 centipoises et contiennent des microbulles incorporées produites à l'aide du procédé décrit ; et un procédé de forage de puits comportant une circulation, dans le puits au cours du forage, du fluide huileux décrit contenant des microbulles.
