The invention comprises the crossing of two transgenic organisms, wherein one organism comprises, preferably as a result of transgenesis, one or more copies of a transposon, for example the Minos transposon; and the other organism comprises, preferably as a result of transgenesis, one or more copies of the cognate transposase, for example the Minos transposase.
