This invention provides a method to detect analyte which comprises preparing fine particles which have a chargeable group in their core and a hydrophilic polymer chain in their shell; obtaining an agglutinated matter by forming a biologically specific bond between a specific residue on the surface of fine particles and analyte, and by simultaneously forming a bond by the electrostatic interaction between impure protein and said particles; and subsequently cleaving only the latter bond by raising ionic intensity. Thus, this invention provides a method to detect analyte with rapidity and high sensitivity with use of agglutination reaction.

La présente invention se rapporte à un procédé permettant de détecter une substance à analyser, qui comprend les étapes consistant : à fournir des microparticules dont le noyau possède des groupes chargés et dont l'enveloppe contient une chaîne polymère hydrophile ; à procéder simultanément à la formation de liaisons biologiques spécifiques entre des résidus spécifiques reposant à la surface des microparticules et une substance à analyser, et à la formation de liaisons, à l'aide de l'interaction électrostatique, entre des protéines étrangères, etc., et des microparticules, afin que l'on obtienne des agrégats ; et à augmenter la force ionique, afin que seules lesdites dernières liaisons soient clivées. Ainsi, l'invention a trait à un procédé permettant une détection rapide et à grande sensibilité de substances à analyser, qui fait appel à une telle réaction d'agrégation.
