This invention provides a method of improving the sweetness delivery profile of sucralose containing ingestible composition, which comprises incorporating therein 2,4-dihydroxybenzoic acid (DHB) at a DHB: sucralose weight ratio of from about .01 % to about 100 %.

Le procédé de la présente invention permet d'améliorer le profil de l'effet édulcorant d'une composition commestible contenant de la sucralose. Ce procédé consiste à incorporer dans cette composition de l'acide 2,4-dihydroxybenzoïque (DHB) en respectant un rapport massique DHB: sucralose d'environ 0,01 % à environ 100 %.
