It is intended to provide a method for quickly and conveniently isolating a nucleic acid having a desired functional property and a kit therefor. More specifically speaking, a method which comprises: (A) the step of transferring nucleic acids into first host cells and transiently expressing the same; (B) the step of selecting cells carrying nucleic acids having a desired functional property transferred therein from among the host cells having nucleic acids transferred thereinto; (C) the step of preparing purified nucleic acids from the thus selected cells; and (D) the step of selecting a purified nucleic acid having the desired functional properties; and a kit to be used in performing the above method.
L'invention concerne un procédé permettant de rapidement et facilement isoler un acide nucléique possédant une propriété fonctionnelle voulue, ainsi qu'un kit permettant de mettre en oeuvre ce procédé. Plus spécifiquement, ce procédé comprend les étapes consistant (A) à transférer des acides nucléiques dans des premières cellules hôtes et à exprimer ceux-ci de façon temporaire, (B) à sélectionner les cellules contenant les acides nucléiques possédant la propriété fonctionnelle voulue parmi les cellules hôtes dans lesquelles les acides nucléiques ont été transférés, (C) à préparer des acides nucléiques purifiés à partir de ces cellules sélectionnées, et (D) à sélectionner un acide nucléique purifié possédant les propriétés fonctionnelles voulues. L'invention concerne également un kit à utiliser pour la mise en oeuvre de ce procédé.
