A method of lubricating conveyors with a lubricating concentrate formulated to contain about 0.5 wt-% to 90 wt-% of a fatty amide ethoxylate phosphate ester diluted to a use solution formulated to contain about 5 ppm to 1000 ppm of a fatty amide ethoxylate phosphate ester is described. The use solution is applied to an intended surface for lubrication. The lubricant can contain a variety of other chemical agents to provide additional desired properties including surfactants, chelating agents, sanitizing agents, and others. The lubricant concentrate or use solution is especially useful on conveyor systems with moving beverage containers such as glass, metal or plastic containers.
L'invention concerne un procédé de lubrification de transporteurs avec un concentré de lubrification formulé de manière à contenir entre 0,5 % en poids et 90 % en poids environ d'un ester phosphorique d'éthoxylate d'amide gras dilué dans une solution utilisée formulée de manière à contenir 5 ppm à 1000 ppm environ d'un ester phosphorique d'éthoxylate d'amide gras. On applique la solution utilisée sur une surface voulue pour la lubrifier. Le lubrifiant peut contenir plusieurs autres agents chimiques de manière à posséder des propriétés voulues supplémentaires, tels que des tensioactifs, des agents chélatants, des produits d'assainissement, et analogues. Le concentré lubrifiant ou la solution utilisée sont particulièrement utiles dans des systèmes transporteurs de récipients de boissons amovibles tels que des récipients en verre en métal ou en plastique.
