The aim of the invention is to produce complete high temperature fuel cells by means of thermal injection processes (e.g. atmospheric plasma injection, vacuum plasma injection, high speed flame injection). The production method is especially simplified and is economical by virtue of the fact that the carrier substrate is also produced on a base with the aid of a thermal injection method. The base or an intermediate layer placed thereon can be advantageously dissolved or decomposed such that the carrier substrate provided with layers arranged thereon can be separated in a very simple manner from the base which becomes unnecessary. Said method advantageously enables the production of all layers of a high temperature fuel cell, exclusively with the aid of a thermal injection method.

L'objet de la présente invention est la fabrication de piles à combustible à haute température complètes à l'aide de processus de projection thermique (par ex. projection au plasma atmosphérique, projection au plasma sous vide, projection à la flamme à haute vitesse). Selon la présente invention, le procédé de fabrication est simplifié et rendu moins onéreux du fait que le substrat de support est fabriqué sur une base, également selon un procédé de projection thermique. La base ou une couche intermédiaire appliquée sur ladite base peuvent être avantageusement dégradées ou décomposées si bien que le substrat de support pourvu des couches appliquées sur ledit substrat peut être très simplement séparé de la base devenue inutile. Ce procédé permet avantageusement la fabrication de toutes les couches d'une pile à combustible à haute température, uniquement à l'aide de procédés de projection thermique.
