A method of making a vision control panel includes cutting film material in a cutting pattern that includes a plurality of elongate film areas and a plurality of removable elongate film areas. The plurality of removable elongate film areas are optionally connected by a removal connector area. The method also includes separating the plurality of removable elongate film areas from the plurality of elongate film areas by means of an adhering surface, for example by using a removal connector area and/ or adhesive tape. The method further includes applying a cut film pattern to a sheet of light permeable material, typically a transparent material, to form a vision control panel. Optionally, two vision control panels are made using alternate elongate film areas and removable alternate elongate film areas, from a single area of self- adhesive film.
L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'un panneau de commande de vision consistant à découper selon un motif de découpe un matériau en film comprenant une pluralité de surfaces de film allongées et une pluralité de surfaces de film allongées amovibles. La pluralité de surfaces de film allongées amovibles est éventuellement reliée par une zone de connecteur de retrait. Le procédé consiste également à séparer la pluralité de surfaces de film allongées amovibles de la pluralité de surfaces de film allongées au moyen d'une surface adhérente, par exemple en utilisant une zone de connecteur de retrait et/ou un ruban adhésif. Le procédé consiste en outre à appliquer un motif de film découpé à une feuille de matériau laissant passer la lumière, généralement un matériau transparent, pour former un panneau de commande de vision. Éventuellement, deux panneaux de commande de vision sont fabriqués en utilisant des surfaces de film allongées alternées et des surfaces de film allongées amovibles alternées, à partir d'une seule surface de film auto-adhésif.
