ABSTRACT The method according to this invention utilizes the metal powder technology for making a stator having the permanent magnets embedded therein. The permanent magnets are mounted onto a punch, the punch and associated magnets are fitted into a die which is then filled with a mixture of metal powder and thermosetting resin, in order to obtain, in a single operation, a stator having the permanent magnets embedded therein and being, possibly, inte- gral with the body of a reduction unit connected to the motor.
