ABSTRACT This disclosure sets forth an improvement in a method of making electrically heated glass substrates. Basically the improvement involves forming glass separators from wax dots, the wax dots being formed of a wax material containing a filler material. The filler material is one which holds the wax material in the location of the formed dot during burnoff of the wax material when the glass substrate is heated to a temperature sufficient so that the substrate may be bent to a desired configuration. The filler material is also one which prohibits any substantial drip formation of wax material during burnoff of the wax material and is also a filler material which after burnoff leaves behind an easily removed residue material. The improvement is directed primarily to a method set forth in U.S. patent 4,127,683 entitled "Method of Stacking Glass Sheets."
