A METHOD OF MAKING GRANULAR BEAN PASTE ABSTRACT OF DISCLOSURE Bean paste in a plastic state is formed into solid granules by extrusion and subsequent granulation, agglomera- tion of the extrudate being prevented by extruding the plastic paste into a vacuum chamber so that moisture is rapidly evapo- rated from the surface of the extrudate thus drying and cooling the latter.
