A method for obtaining dimensionally and structurally stable objects, in particular disposable containers, from flexible film, characterised by: preparing a flexible film, which, at least in those regions which in the obtained object are required to be substantially rigid, is associated with a structurally transformable substance and at least one passive activator therefor; forming the object from the film prepared in this manner; and during any one stage in the formation of the object, administering energy to said activator to structurally transform said substance and convert said regions from flexible to substantially rigid.
La présente invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'objets présentant une stabilité de structure et de dimension, en particulier des récipients jetables, à partir d'une couche mince souple. Le procédé consiste à préparer une couche mince souple, qui au moins dans les régions dans lesquelles les objets fabriqués doivent être sensiblement rigides, est associée à une substance structurellement transformable et à au moins un activateur passif; à former l'objet à partir de la couche mince ainsi préparée; et à délivrer, au cours d'une étape quelconque de la formation de l'objet, de l'énergie à l'activateur de façon à modifier structurellement la substance et à transformer lesdites régions souples en régions sensiblement rigides.
