Method of manufacture of a biodegradable, impermeable, transparent film. The method consists in carrying out the following stages: (a) obtaining a mixture consisting of a hydrocolloid, and preferably an aginate, an aqueous solvent and a plasticizer miscible with the hydrocolloid and solvent; (b) forming a film from this mixture; (c) drying the film so obtained; (d) treating at least one face of the dry film with a tanning solution, and then with a solution of a compound capable of causing the hydrocolloid to gel. The invention also concerns the film obtained by means of the said method.
L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'un film biodégradable, imperméable et transparent. Ce procédé consiste à mettre en oeuvre les étapes suivantes: (a) réaliser un mélange constitué d'un hydrocolloïde, et de préférence d'un aginate, d'un solvant aqueux et d'un plastifiant miscible avec l'hydrocolloïde et le solvant; (b) former un film à partir de ce mélange; (c) sécher le film ainsi obtenu; (d) traiter au moins une face du film sec au moyen d'une solution de matière tannante puis au moyen d'une solution d'un composé apte à assurer la gélification de l'hydrocolloïde. L'invention concerne également le film obtenu par la mise en oeuvre de ce procédé.
