The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing a sector of metal blading (1) for a turbomachine low pressure guide vane assembly in which at least one vane (14) comprises an internal cavity (13) intended to accept or communicate with a gas detection probe and at least one hole (19) formed in the wall constituting a passage for gas from the low-pressure zone of the turbomachine to the said cavity (13) and the probe by installing in a casting mould an insert that corresponds to the said cavity (13) and pouring molten metal into the cavity of the said casting mould. The method is characterized in that the insert (20) comprises, for each communication hole (19) of the said cavity (13), a protrusion (22) penetrating the internal surface of the mould and constituting the sole means of holding the insert (20) in the casting mould.

La présente invention porte sur un procédé de fabrication d'un secteur d'aubage métallique (1) pour distributeur basse pression de turbomachine dont une aube (14) au moins comprend une cavité interne (13) destinée à recevoir ou communiquer avec une sonde de détection des gaz et au moins un trou (19) ménagé dans la paroi constituant un passage de gaz de la zone base pression de la turbomachine vers ladite cavité (13) et la sonde par la mise en place, dans un moule de coulée, d'un noyau correspondant à ladite cavité (13) et coulée d'un métal fondu dans la cavité dudit moule de coulée. Le procédé est caractérisé par le fait que le noyau (20) comprend, pour chaque trou (19) de communication de ladite cavité (13), une protubérance (22) pénétrant dans la surface interne du moule et constituant le seul élément de maintien du noyau (20) dans le moule de coulée.
