ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE The present invention provides in a method of making chewing gum having a gum base and a flavored, liquid center fill, the improvement comprising the steps of adding an emulsi- fier to the center fill in an amount by weight of from 0.01- 0.50 percent by weight of the center fill, and thereafter incorporating the center fill with the emulsifier into the base.
