A method of manufacturing a laminate of polymeric tapes, characterised in that polymeric tapes of the core-cladding type are used, in which the core material has a higher melting temperature than the cladding material, which method comprises the following steps: i) biassing the polymeric tapes, ii) positioning the polymeric tapes, iii) consolidating the polymeric tapes to obtain the laminate.

La présente invention concerne un procédé pour réaliser un laminé de bandes de matière polymère. Le procédé se caractérise en ce que des bandes de matière polymère du type coeur-enveloppe sont utilisées, la matière du coeur ayant un point de fusion supérieur à celui de la matière de l'enveloppe. Le procédé comprend les étapes suivantes: i) orientation des bandes de matière polymère; ii) positionnement des bandes de matière polymère; iii) consolidation des bandes de matière polymère pour obtenir le laminé.
