A method for preparing a wind turbine blade shell member (2) comprising a plurality of elements (8) of cured fibre-reinforced sheet material is provided.. A plurality of elements of cured fibre-reinforced sheet material is provided in a mould, a resin is introduced between the elements of cured fibre- reinforced sheet material and the elements are bonded to adjacent elements by curing the resin. The method is particularly suitable for preparing wind turbine blade shell members due to the complex three-dimensional shape of the airfoils, which may be resembled by the relatively flexible cured fibre- reinforced sheet material.
La présente invention se rapporte à un procédé permettant de produire un élément enveloppe (2) pour pale d'éolienne, qui comprend une pluralité d'éléments (8) constitués d'un matériau en feuille renforcé de fibres durci. Le procédé selon l'invention consiste placer une pluralité d'éléments constitués d'un matériau en feuille renforcé de fibres durci dans un moule, à introduire une résine entre les éléments constitués d'un matériau en feuille renforcé de fibres durci, et à lier les éléments à des éléments adjacents en durcissant la résine. Le procédé selon l'invention convient particulièrement à la préparation d'éléments enveloppes pour pales d'éoliennes, du fait que la forme tridimensionnelle complexe des surfaces portantes peut être imitée par le matériau en feuille renforcé de fibres durci, qui est relativement souple.
