The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a design tab end of a beverage can, in which a base color is painted on an aluminium tab coil before forming a tab, and a design is printed on the surface of the tab coil on which the base color has been painted, thereby making the color of the tab gorgeous and raising the value of the product. The present invention is comprised of the steps of, painting a base color on an exact surface position of an aluminium tab coil that is to be formed to a tab through the tab forming process ; printing a design on the surface of the tab coil on which the base color has been painted, according to a printing degree ; coating a varnish for preventing a deterioration of printing quality during forming and distribution of a product, on the surface of the tab coil on which the design has been printed ; arranging a pitch of the tab coil so as to determine an exact position of the tab coil that has been coated with the varnish ; press-forming the arranged tab coil with a conversion press ; and stacking the tab formed by the press-forming to join the tab on a center of a shell that has been fed previously.
La présente invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'une extrémité de languette pour une canette. Ce procédé consiste à appliquer une couleur de base sur une bobine de languette d'aluminium avant de former la languette, puis à imprimer un dessin sur la surface de la bobine de languette sur laquelle la couleur de base a été appliquée, ce qui permet d'obtenir une jolie couleur de languette et d'augmenter la valeur du produit. Le procédé décrit dans cette invention comprend les étapes consistant à appliquer une couleur de base sur une position de surface exacte d'une bobine de languette d'aluminium devant être façonnée sous forme de languette par un processus de formage de languette; à imprimer un dessin sur la surface de la bobine de languette sur laquelle la couleur de base a été appliquée, conformément à un degré d'impression; à recouvrir d'un vernis pour empêcher l'endommagement de la qualité d'impression pendant le processus de formage et de distribution d'un produit, sur la surface de la bobine de languette sur laquelle le dessin a été imprimé; à ménager un pas de bobine de languette de manière à déterminer la position exacte de la bobine de languette qui a été enduite de vernis; à former sous pression la bobine de languette ainsi ménagée à l'aide d'une presse à conversion; puis à empiler la languette formée par formage sous pression de manière à assembler la languette sur le centre d'une coque préalablement ménagée.
