Abstract of the Disclosure In a method of manufacturing an aromatic urethane by using an aromatic primary amine, urea, and an alcohol as materials, a reaction between the aromatic primary amine and urea is performed while ammonia produced in the reaction is removed to produce an N,N'-disubstituted urea, an alcohol is reacted with the produced reaction product to produce the aromatic urethane and aromatic primary amine, the produced aromatic urethane and aroma- tic primary amine are separated from each other, and the aromatic primary amine is circulated to the step of producing the N,N'-disubstituted urea.
