The subject of the present invention is a method of manufacturing a film (6) comprising the following steps: a) a film-forming mixture containing at least one film-forming agent is prepared; b) a dose of said mixture is deposited in a cell (4) of a cellular substrate (2), the mixture having a viscosity ranging from 1 to 8000 mPa.s at the temperature of said film-forming mixture during the deposition; c) said mixture is cured so as to obtain a film (6); and d) said cell (4) is closed off by a hermetic sealing means (3). The invention also relates to a device (1) especially suitable for the method and to the device intended to implement the method.
La présente invention a pour objet un procédé de fabrication d'un film (6) comportant les étapes suivantes : a) préparation d'un mélange filmogène comprenant au moins un agent filmogène; b) dépôt d'une dose dudit mélange dans une alvéole (4) d'un support alvéolaire (2), le mélange ayant une viscosité de 1 à 8000 mPa.s à la température dudit mélange filmogène lors du dépôt; c) durcissement dudit mélange de sorte à obtenir un film (6), d) obturation de ladite alvéole (4) par un moyen d'obturation (3) hermétique. L'invention porte également sur un dispositif (1) spécialement adapté au procédé ainsi que l'installation destinée à la mise en oeuvre du procédé.
