A method of manufacturing a tasty food with high nutritive value at a low cost by utilizing such a feature of a deep sea water layer as high pressure and low temperature, comprising the steps of sealing food materials in a bag or a container, putting the bag or the container having the food materials sealed therein into a sea and lowering to the deep sea water layer with a depth of 200 m or more below a sea level, holding the bag or container in the deep sea water layer for at least 30 minutes, and raising the bag or container onto the sea.

Procédé de fabrication d'aliments goûteux à haute valeur nutritive et à faible coût, qui repose sur l'utilisation de caractéristiques d'une couche profonde d'eau de mer telles que la haute pression et la basse température. Ledit procédé consiste à enfermer de manière étanche un produit alimentaire dans un sac ou un récipient, à immerger le sac ou récipient contenant le produit alimentaire dans la mer jusqu'à la couche profonde d'eau de mer située à une profondeur de 200m ou plus au-dessous du niveau de la mer, à maintenir le sac ou récipient dans cette couche profonde d'eau de mer pendant 30 minutes au moins et à ressortir ledit sac ou récipient de l'eau.
