There is disclosed a method of manufacturing, in which a diaphragm not provided with an annular rib is fastened to a housing through a spring casing. The method of manufacturing comprises: a process, in which supports of a supporting slider rested on a floating block through a supporting spring, which is mounted in a receiving chamber of a lower die are made to extend through fluid passing holes of the housing, and the housing is rested on the supporting slider; a process, in which a spring casing is set in a receiving cavity of an upper punch vertically movably disposed at a position upwardly of the lower die, with an end portion of an opening of the spring casing being opposed to the housing; a process, in which the upper is approachingly moved toward the lower die, whereby the diaphragm is pressed through a coil spring for regulating pressure which is assembled in the spring casing so that the outer peripheral portion of the diaphragm is brought into contact with the flange of the housing; and a process, in which the downward movement of the upper punch toward the lower die is continued, whereby the end portion of the opening of the spring casing is bent to an end face of the housing under the cooperation between the upper punch and the lower die so that a staking forming is carried out.
Cette invention concerne une méthode de fabrication selon laquelle une membrane non pourvue d'une nervure annulaire est fixée à un corps de régulateur par l'intermédiaire d'un logement de ressort. Cette méthode de fabrication comprend : un procédé dans lequel des éléments support d'une glissière de soutien reposant sur un bloc flottant par l'entremise d'un ressort de soutien, qui est monté dans la chambre réceptrice d'une matrice inférieure, sont forcés à passer à travers des trous de circulation de fluide pratiqués dans le corps du régulateur, celui-ci reposant sur la glissière de soutien; un procédé selon lequel un logement de ressort est placé dans la cavité réceptrice d'un poinçon supérieur, mobile dans le plan vertical, et aligné sur l'axe vertical de la matrice, une extrémité d'une ouverture du logement de ressort étant opposée au corps du régulateur; un procédé selon lequel le poinçon est abaissé vers la matrice pour forcer la membrane dans un ressort hélicoïdal servant à réguler la pression et monté dans un logement de telle sorte que la périphérie extérieure de la membrane soit en contact avec la bride du corps de régulateur; et un procédé selon lequel le mouvement descendant du poinçon vers la matrice se continue jusqu'à ce que l'extrémité susmentionnée de l'ouverture du logement de ressort soit repliée contre une face du corps de régulateur par l'action de matage réalisée au contact du poinçon avec la matrice.
