Provided is a method of manufacturing wire harnesses, which can disable unexpected deformation of thermoplastic material, or separation of thermoplastic material from occurring. A prescribed section of a wire (91) is mounted on a first holder (1a), in a state of being sandwiched between a first thermoplastic material (92) and the other thermoplastic material (93). The circumference of the prescribed section of a wire (91) is covered with the first thermoplastic material (92) and the other thermoplastic material (93), and the contacting face between the first thermoplastic material (92) and the other thermoplastic material (93) is welded together, by heating the first thermoplastic material (92) and the other thermoplastic material (93) while compression-molding them, which in turn is implemented by pressing and pressurizing the first thermoplastic material (92) and the other thermoplastic material (93), with an upper mold (2a) and a lower mold (3a) that are provided with a heating means, in a state with the thermoplastic materials mounted on the first holder (1a). After that, the prescribed section of a wire (91) that was covered with the first thermoplastic material (92) and the other thermoplastic material (93) are taken off the upper mold (2a) and the lower mold (3a), while in a state of being mounted on the first holder (1a).

L'invention porte sur un procédé de fabrication de faisceaux de fils, qui peut empêcher une déformation inattendue de matériau thermoplastique, ou une séparation de matériau thermoplastique, de se produire. Une section prescrite d'un fil (91) est montée sur un premier support (1a), dans l'état de prise en sandwich entre un premier matériau thermoplastique (92) et l'autre matériau thermoplastique (93). Après cela, la section prescrite d'un fil (91) ayant été revêtue du premier matériau thermoplastique (92) et de l'autre matériau thermoplastique (93) est extraite du moule supérieur (2a) et du moule inférieur (3a), pendant qu'elle est dans un état de montage sur le premier support (1a).
