Various settings used for processings according to a flowchart are reset (S100). Oxygen current Inew is measured (S101). The gradient of the oxygen current is determined (SA). Whether or not the gradient comes stable is judged (SB). A first measurement time is determined (SC). The oxygen current (Inew) is measured sequentially to judge the stability of the gradient. Until the gradient is judged to be stable, the gradient of the oxygen current is updated and determined. If the gradient is judged to be stable, the first measurement time is determined (SC). If not, the oxygen current (Inew) is further measured.
L~invention permet de relancer divers réglages utilisés pour des traitements selon un schéma de cheminement (S100). Le courant de l~oxygène Inew est mesuré (S101), son gradient est déterminé (SA) et la stabilité ou l~instabilité du gradient est jugée (SB). Une première heure de mesure est déterminée (SC). Le courant de l~oxygène (Inew) est mesuré séquentiellement pour juger de la stabilité du gradient. Le gradient du courant de l~oxygène est mis à jour et déterminé jusqu~à ce qu~il soit jugé stable. La première heure de mesure (SC) est déterminée lorsque le gradient est jugé stable, sinon, le courant de l~oxygène (Inew) continue d~être mesuré.
