ABSTRACT Connectors made of thermoplastic material for connecting pipes in flow relationship are modified to fit pipes of different sizes. The connectors may be, for example, T- connectors, in-line connectors, etc. A socket end of the connector is softened by heating and, in softened condition expanded or contracted to fit a preselected pipe.
