A method of operating a combined heat and power process of building heating having a heating circuit and a gas turbine building heating system (1) with which in particular said method can be carried out. In particular, it is important that the building heating has a maximum heat demand, wherein the energy used in the combined heat and power process is partly converted into electrical energy and the process is carried out with an arrangement of multi-stage design. By means of the issuing expanded gas flow, heat is supplied to the heating circuit, with this gas flow being cooled. As a function of the heat demand of the building heating, the gas flow issuing from the first gas turbine stage is compressed to a higher degree by means of the compressor of the second gas turbine stage, which consists only of a turbine and a compressor.

L'invention concerne un procédé pour faire fonctionner un processus accouplé force/chaleur d'un chauffage de bâtiment présentant un circuit de chauffage et une installation de chauffage de bâtiment (1) à turbine à gaz, avec laquelle on peut notamment mettre en AEuvre ledit procédé. En particulier, il est significatif que le chauffage du bâtiment présente un besoin thermique maximal, l'énergie utilisée au cours du processus force/chaleur étant convertie en partie en énergie électrique et le processus étant mis en AEuvre avec un agencement réalisé en plusieurs étages. Au moyen du courant de gaz détendu sortant, le circuit de chauffage est alimenté en chaleur avec refroidissement de ce courant de gaz. En fonction du besoin en chaleur du chauffage du bâtiment, on effectue une plus grande compression du courant de gaz sortant du premier étage de la turbine à gaz au moyen du compresseur du deuxième étage de la turbine à gaz, qui se compose de seulement une turbine et un compresseur.
