A method of production of a fine carbon-carbon composite consists of the steps of fragmentation of a solid carbon-based filling component and mixing thereof with a liquid carbon-based medium. These steps are simultaneously conducted by exposing the carbon-based filling component and the liquid carbon-based filling medium to successive hydropercussion and cavitation pulses.
