METHOD OF PREPARING CRYSTALLINE ALUMINOSILICATES ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE An improved method of preparing a crystalline aluminosilicate is disclosed. A reaction mixture comprising sodium, silica, alumina and water is subjected to high intensity shear-mixing conditions. The re- sultant reaction mixture is maintained at an elevated temperature until crystals are formed. The effect is a substantial reduction in the required reaction time and a high purity product.
