ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE In the preparation of a cement paste, 30 to 76% of total water is added to cement to form a funicular, capillary or slurry state, and a resulting mixture is kneaded so as to reduce a coagulated lumps of cement. Then the remaining quantity of water is added and kneaded again. Sand and gravel are incorporated after the firstly kneaded mixture. The resulting cement paste, mortar or green concrete has a small percentage of bleeding water and products prepared therefrom have a high compression strength.
