A process for the preparation of nanostructured materials in high phase purities using cavitation is disclosed. The method comprises mixing a metal containing solution with a precipitating agent and passing the mixture into a cavitation chamber. The chamber consists of a first element to produce cavitation bubbles, and a second element that creates a pressure zone sufficient to collapse the bubbles. The process is useful for the preparation of mixed metal oxide catalysts and materials for piezoelectrics and superconductors.
La présente invention concerne un procédé de préparation de matières nanostructurées en puretés à phase haute pendant la cavitation. Ledit procédé consiste à mélanger un métal contenant une solution avec un agent de précipitation et à passer ledit mélange dans une chambre de cavitation. La chambre comprend un premier élément pour produire des bulles de cavitation et un second élément qui crée une zone de pression suffisant à rompre les bulles. Ce procédé est utilisé pour la préparation de catalyseurs d'oxyde métallique mélangé et des matériaux destinés aux dispositifs piézo-électriques et aux supraconducteurs.
