ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE Micron size polymer particles with narrow particle size distribution are prepared by dissolving the polymer in a suitable liquid solvent, impinging an atomized spray of the dissolved polymer on a moving film of a liquid in which the polymer is insoluble and then recovering the polymer particles from the resultant mixture of liquids.
