The invention relates to the synthesis of functionalised organosilicon compounds comprising at least one active azo group having formula (I): [(G0)3SiO1/2]m [(G0)2SiO2/2]n [G0SiO3/2]o [SiO4/2]p [(G2)a(G1)a'(Z-CO-HN=NH-CO-A)SiO(3-a-a')/2 ]. The inventive method consists in using at least one hydrazino (-HN-NH-) precursor (II) of the compound (I) and oxidising the precursor (II) into an azo group specific to the compound (I) with the aid of an oxidising system comprising at least one oxidant (Ox) and at least one base (B). The method is characterised in that: 1) Ox is selected from among the oxidants that can oxidise a hydrazine function into an azo function, with or without the exclusion of N-bromosuccinimide (NBS), preferably from among halogens, halogenated derivatives and mixtures thereof and better still from the group containing bromine, tert-butyl hypochlorite, trichloroisocyanuric acid, chlorine and mixtures of same; 2) and/or Ox (optionally B) is/are used in stoichiometric quantities in relation to the precursor (II); 3) and/or the organosilicon compounds (I) thus prepared are subjected to a purification post-treatment which is intended to eliminate any unwanted residues of the base B used, on the condition that, when NBS is not excluded, characteristic (1) is combined with characteristic (2) and/or characteristic (3). The invention also relates to pure compounds (I) that can be obtained using said method.
Le domaine de l'invention est celui de la synthèse de composés organosiliciques fonctionnalisés comprenant au moins un groupe azo activé, de formule (I) : [(G0)3SiO1/2]m [(G0)2SiO2/2]n [G0SiO3/2]o [SiO4/2]p [(G2)a(G1)a'(Z-CO-HN=NH-CO-A)SiO(3-a-a')/2 ] Ce procédé consiste ô mettre en AEuvre au moins un précurseur (II) hydrazino (-HN-NH-) du composé (I), à oxyder le précurseur (II) en groupement azo propre au composé (I), à l'aide d'un système oxydant comprenant au moins un oxydant (Ox) et au moins une base (B), ce procédé étant caractérisé en ce que 1) Ox est choisi parmi les oxydants aptes à oxyder une fonction hydrazine en fonction azo, à l'exclusion ou non de la N-bromosuccinimide (NBS), de préférence parmi les halogènes, les dérivés halogénés et leurs mélanges, et, plus préférentiellement encore dans le groupe comprenant : le brome, l'hypochlorite de tertiobutyle, l'acide trichloroisocyanurique, le chlore et leurs mélanges; 2) et/ou Ox (éventuellement B) est (sont) mis en AEuvre en quantités stoechiométriques par rapport au précurseur (II); 3) et/ou on soumet les composés organosiliciques (I) ainsi préparés à un post-traitement de purification visant à éliminer notamment les éventuels résidus indésirables de la base B utilisée; avec la condition selon laquelle, dans le cas où le NBS n'est pas exclu, la caractéristique 1) est combinée à la caractéristique 2) et/ou à la caractéristique 3). L'invention concerne également les composés (I) purs susceptibles d'être obtenus par ce procédé.
