It is intended to easily and less expensively provide a highly active platelet rich plasma. A method of preparing a platelet rich plasma which involves the step of adding a water-soluble polymer to collected whole blood. By adding, for example, a polyamine such as poly-L-glutamic acid, an acidic polysaccharide such as hyaluronic acid or a vinyl polymer to whole blood and allowing to stand for a definite time, erythrocytes are selectively and cumulatively aggregated and precipitated. Thus, a highly active platelet rich plasma containing platelets as well as fibrinogen-rich plasma components and leucocytes can be obtained as the supernatant. It is also intended to provide this platelet rich plasma, the utilization thereof as an agent for promoting the repair of a tissue and/or an organ, etc., and a kit for preparing a platelet rich plasma.

L'invention porte sur un procédé facile et moins coûteux de préparation de plasma riche en plaquettes, fortement actif consistant à ajouter un polymère hydrosoluble au sang entier recueilli. Il peut s'agir par exemple d'une polyamine telle que l'acide poly-L-glutamique, d'un polysaccharide acide tel que l'acide hyaluronique, ou d'un polymère de vinyle. Après l'adjonction, on laisse décanter pendant un temps défini pour laisser les érythrocytes s'agréger sélectivement et cumulativement et précipiter. On obtient ainsi un plasma riche en plaquettes et fortement actif contenant en outre des composants riches en fibrinogène et des leucocytes surnageants récupérables. L'invention porte également sur ledit plasma, sur son utilisation comme agent promoteur de la réparation de tissus et/ou d'organes, et sur une trousse de préparation dudit plasma.
