A method of preparing a solution comprising combining two steps of (1) a step of adsorbing a protein having a molecular weight higher than that of albumin, (2) a step of fractionating a protein having a molecular weight higher than that of albumin, and (3) a step of concentrating a protein; a method of preparing a solution comprising separating by the use of a membrane separation unit exhibiting a permeation ratio of a protein having a molecular weight less than 15 thousands to a protein having a molecular weight of 60 thousands or more of 50 or more; and a method of preparing a solution which comprises feeding a raw biological component solution and then a liquid for dilution to a separating membrane module, and allowing a part of the resultant solution to permeate through a separation membrane while circulating the solution. The method can be advantageously employed for preparing a biological component- containing solution which is suitable for the clinical proteomics using mass analysis, electrophoresis, liquid chromatography, and the like.
La présente invention se rapporte à un procédé de préparation d'une solution consistant à combiner deux étapes parmi les étapes suivantes: (1) une étape d'adsorption d'une protéine ayant un poids moléculaire supérieur à celui de l'albumine, (2) une étape de fractionnement d'une protéine ayant un poids moléculaire supérieur à celui de l'albumine, et (3) une étape de concentration d'une protéine. L'invention concerne un procédé de préparation d'une solution consistant à effectuer une séparation, au moyen d'une unité de séparation à membrane présentant un taux de perméation d'une protéine dotée d'un poids moléculaire inférieur à 15 millièmes à une protéine ayant un poids moléculaire de 60 millièmes ou plus, qui est supérieur ou égal à 50. L'invention concerne un procédé de préparation d'une solution qui consiste à transférer une solution de composants biologiques bruts puis un liquide pour dilution vers un module à membrane de séparation, et à faire en sorte qu'une partie de la solution résultante produise un perméat à travers une membrane de séparation tout en permettant à la solution de circuler. Le procédé de l'invention peut être avantageusement utilisé pour préparer une solution contenant des composants biologiques qui est adaptée à la protéomique clinique mettant en oeuvre une analyse de masse, une électrophorèse, une chromatographie en phase liquide et analogue.
