A method and apparatus are provided for presenting leasing arrangements for a plurality of rental spaces. The method includes the steps of providing graphical user interface that depicts the plurality of rental spaces within two-dimensional layout on a display of the graphical user interface, where relative size and relative location of each rental space on the display is proportional to a relative physical size and relative location of the actual rental spaces and associating a menu with at lest some of the rental spaces on the display where the menu provides additional information regarding the rental space, building, rental space user prospects and associated documents.

L'invention concerne un procédé et un appareil permettant de présenter des agencements de location pour une pluralité d'espaces locatifs. Ledit procédé consiste à fournir une interface utilisateur graphique qui représente la pluralité d'espaces locatifs à l'intérieur d'un aménagement bidimensionnel sur un affichage de l'interface utilisateur graphique, la dimension et l'implantation relatives de chaque espace locatif sur l'affichage étant proportionnels à la dimension physique et à l'implantation relatives des espaces locatifs réels et associant un menu à au moins certains des espaces locatifs a sur l'affichage, ledit menu fournissant des informations supplémentaires relatives à l'espace locatif, l'immeuble, les perspectives de l'utilisateur de l'espace locatif et des documents associés.
