An aerial distribution cable consisting of insulated wire (1) is laid in parallel with an insulated wire (7) for field relaxation of double the length that causes creepage flashover but does not cause AC dynamic current in the event of lightning surege. The insulated wire (7) for field relaxation is supported in the middle by a support insulator (3) for the insulated wire (1) and is connected with the conductor of the insulated wire (1) at both ends (8). The connections between the two wires are provided with insulating covers (9). This provides preventions against breaks in the insulated wire and instantaneous power failure.
Un câble de distribution aérien constitué d'un fil isolé (1) est couché en parallèle avec un fil isolé (7) en vue d'un relâchement de champ deux fois plus long provoquant une décharge de glissage sans causer de courant dynamique alternatif en cas de surtension atmosphérique. Le fil isolé (7) destiné au relâchement du champ est porté en son milieu par un dispositif (3) de support isolant pour le fil isolé (1), et il est relié au conducteur du fil isolé (1) à ses deux extrémités (8). La connexion entre les deux fils s'effectue au moyen de gaines isolantes (9). Cela permet d'éviter les ruptures du fil isolé et les coupures de courant instantanées.
