The present invention relates to a method of processing images obtained from a photosensitive detector of the type notably produced by semiconductor material deposition techniques. The method consists in correcting an image (INPUT(T)) acquired by the detector with a gain image (Gain(T)). According to the invention, a temperature gain drift correction image (C(T1), C(T2)) is applied to the acquired image as a function of a temperature (T) measured by the detector during the acquisition of the image (INPUT(T)). The invention also relates to a photosensitive detector in which the temperature gain drift correction means are included, independently of the gain image (Gain(T)). Figure 2.
La présente invention concerne un procédé de traitement d'images issues d'un détecteur photosensible du type notamment réalisé par des techniques de dépôt de matériaux semi-conducteurs. Le procédé consiste à corriger une image acquise (INPUT(T)) par le détecteur par une image de gain (Gain(T)). Selon l'invention, on applique à l'image acquise une image de correction de dérive de gain en température (C(T1 ), C(T2)) en fonction d'une température (T) mesurée par le détecteur lors de l'acquisition de l'image (INPUT(T)). L'invention concerne également un détecteur photosensible dans lequel les moyens de correction de dérive de gain en température sont inclus, indépendamment de l'image de gain (Gain(T)).
