The invention relates to a method for producing compounds of the general formula (I) in which R is hydrogen, C1-C6-alkoxy, -NHC1-C6-alkyl, -N(C1-C6-alkyl)2, OH, NH2; R1 is hydrogen, C1-C6-alkyl, Me3Si, C1-C6-alkyl-S; R2 is Boc, C1-C6-acyl, mesyl, benzolsulfonyl, tosyl, trifluoroacetyl, A1-A3-peptide; n is 1, 2; and R4 is H, C1-C6-alkyl rest. According to said method a pyrroline of dehydropiperidine derivative of the general formula (II) is reacted with a strong base and a compound of the general formula (III), in which Y is Cl, C1-C6-alkoxy, -NHC1-C6-alkyl, -N(C1-C5-alkyl)2, N(C1-C6-alkyl) OC1- C6, where R is not equal OH, or with carbon dioxide when R = OH. The reaction product of (II) and (III) is possibly hydrolyzed or reacted with a compound of the general formula (IV) R1-X, in which X is Cl, Br, I, MesO, TosO, triflate, R1 is hydrogen, C1-C6-alkyl, Me3Si, C1-C6-alkyl-S or NH4, or R1-X is (C1-C6-alkyl-'S)2.

Procédé de préparation de composés de formule générale (I) dans laquelle R représente hydrogène, alcoxy C1-C6, -NH-alkyle C1-C6, -N(alkyle C1-C6)2, OH, NH2, R<1> représente hydrogène, alkyle C1-C6, Me3Si, alkyle C1-C6-S, R<2> représente Boc, acyle C1-C6, mésyle, benzolsulfonyle, tosyle, trifluoroacétyle, peptide A1-A3, n est 1, 2, et R<4> représente H, reste alkyle C1-C6. Selon ledit procédé, un dérivé de pyrroline ou de déshydropipéridine de formule générale (II) est mis en réaction avec une base forte et un composé de formule générale (III) dans laquelle Y représente Cl, alcoxy C1-C6, -NH-alkyle C1-C6, -N(alkyle C1-C6)2, N(alcoxy C1-C6)OC1-C6, R ne représentant pas OH, ou avec du dioxyde de carbone pour R = OH. Eventuellement, le produit de réaction des composés de formule (II) et (III) est hydrolysé ou mis en réaction avec un composé de formule générale R<1>-X dans laquelle X représente Cl, Br, I, MesO, TosO, Triflat, R<1> représente hydrogène, alkyle C1-C6, Me3Si, alkyle C1-C6-S ou NH4 ou R<1>-X représente (alkyle C1-C6-S)2.
