Disclosed is a method for the production of a protein or peptide which can be used as a prophylactic and therapeutic drug for various diseases such as senile dementia. The method involves cleavage of a peptide bond on an amino terminal side of a cysteine residue in a fusion protein or peptide having a 19P2 ligand fused to a protein or peptide having the cysteine residue at the N-terminus. The cleavage may be carried out, for example, by cyanylation followed by ammonolysis or hydrolysis.
On divulgue une méthode pour la production d'une protéine ou d'un peptide, utile comme médicament de prévention ou de traitement pour diverses maladies, comme la démence sénile. La méthode consiste en un clivage du lien peptidique de l'amine terminal d'un radical cystéine dans un peptide ou une protéine de fusion comportant un ligand 19P2 condensé avec la protéine ou le peptide portant le radical cystéine sur le N terminal. Le clivage peut être effectué, par exemple, par cyanylation, suivie d'ammonolyse ou d'hydrolyse.
