The invention relates to a method of producing a digital printing ink and to the ink thus obtained. The inventive method comprises the following steps consisting in: dispersing colouring agents in a mixture of oligomers and monomers with a maximum particle size of 1 micrometer; diluting same with a mixture of monofunctional and multifunctional acrylic monomers until a viscosity of between 10 and 30 centipoises is obtained; introducing a photoinitiator system which causes the polymerisation of the oligomers and monomers from the first step, in the presence of radiation; and subjecting the resulting ink to a filtering process.
L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'une encre d'impression numérique et l'encre ainsi obtenue. Le procédé consiste à disperser des colorants dans un mélange d'oligomères et de monomères, dont la taille maximale de particule est d'un micron, à diluer le mélange avec un mélange de monomères acryliques monofonctionnels et multifonctionnels jusqu'à ce qu'on obtienne une viscosité comprise entre 10 et 30 centipoises, à introduire un système photo-initiateur qui entamera la polymérisation des oligomères et monomères de la première phase en présence d'un rayonnement, et à soumettre l'encre obtenue à un procédé de filtrage.
