The invention relates to a method of producing a tablet, especially a detergent tablet, which consists of at least one first and one second layer. The inventive method comprises the following steps: a) introducing a first metered quantity of a first particulate composition into a molding cavity of a tablet press; b) compacting said first metered quantity with a first mold pressure by means of a molding plug that has at least one convexity on its pressing surface, to produce a first compacted layer that has one or more respective indentation(s) in its upper surface that correspond(s) to the convexity/convexities on the molding plug; c) introducing a second metered quantity of a second particulate composition into the molding cavity of the tablet press on top of the first compacted layer, and d) compacting said second metered quantity with a second mold pressure by means of a molding plug, to produce a second compacted layer with one or more respective indentation(s) in its upper surface. The invention also relates to the products obtained by said method.

L'invention concerne un procédé de production d'une pastille à plusieurs couches, notamment d'une pastille de détergent, présentant au moins une première et une deuxième couche, ledit procédé consistant à a) introduire une première quantité dosée d'une première composition particulaire dans une empreinte de moule d'une pastilleuse ; b) comprimer la première quantité dosée à une première pression au moyen d'un piston qui présente sur sa surface de compression au moins une partie bombée, pour produire une première couche comprimée dont la surface supérieure comporte un ou plusieurs évidements correspondant à la partie bombée (ou aux parties bombées) du piston ; c) placer une deuxième quantité dosée d'une deuxième composition particulaire sur la première couche comprimée, dans l'empreinte de moule de la pastilleuse ; et d) comprimer la deuxième quantité dosée, à une deuxième pression, au moyen du piston, pour produire une deuxième couche comprimée dont la surface supérieure comporte un ou plusieurs évidements correspondants. L'invention concerne également un produit pouvant être obtenu selon ledit procédé.
