The invention relates to a method for the production of a part having fluid conduits or channels extending therethrough, such as, but not exclusively, for the production of a mould comprising channels or conduits for the circulation and/or transfer of a fluid from the moulding section to the non-moulding section and vice versa. The invention is characterised in that the part is designed and produced using a Stratoconception® method which is based on a principle by which the part is decomposed along a set of interlayer planes (Pi) into a succession of layers (...6i, 6i+1) which, once assembled, form the part. The invention is also characterised in that channels (2) are provided at the different interlayer planes (Pi) for the passage of a fluid through the part (1). The invention also relates to the parts thus obtained.
L'invention concerne un procédé pour la fabrication d'une pièce traversée par des canaux ou conduits de fluides, par exemple mais non limitativement pour la fabrication d'un moule comportant des canaux ou conduits pour la circulation et/ou le transfert d'un fluide de la partie moulante vers la partie non moulante (et inversement), caractérisé en ce que ladite pièce est conçue et fabriquée par un procédé dit de Stratoconception ~, basé sur un principe de décomposition de la pièce , par un ensemble de plans interstrates (Pj), en une succession de states (...6j , 6j+1) qui, après assemblage, constituent la pièce, et caractérisé en ce qu'on prévoit, au niveau des différents plans interstrates (Pi) des canaux (2) permettant de laisser passer un fluide à travers la pièce (D- L'invention concerne également les pièces obtenues par le procédé.
