A method of producing a polymer plastic air freshener. Firstly, provide a co-extrusion die capable of co-extruding a first stream and a second stream of polymer plastic. Secondly, add a fragrance to only one of the first stream and the second stream of polymer plastic. Thirdly, extrude the first stream and the second stream through the co-extrusion die to produce a unitary body having a scented portion and an unscented portion.
